Strokeplay Championship 2026

By 22 May 26May 27th, 2026No Comments

Another fantastic Strokeplay Championship has come to an end following two demanding days of golf at Little Aston GC on Tue 19 and Wed 20 May 26.

A total of 72 players took on the challenge of 72 holes across just two days, testing both skill and endurance. Day one brought heavy rain, wet conditions and a long, miserable day on the course, leaving players soaked and exhausted. Thankfully, day two provided some welcome relief, with mostly cloudy conditions, the occasional shower, and even some sunshine breaking through during the afternoon.

A huge thank you goes to all of our golfers for their resilience, professionalism and sportsmanship throughout the Championship. Completing 72 holes in challenging conditions is no small feat!

We would also like to thank the AGA officials and staff at Little Aston GC for all their hard work and hospitality throughout the event. Your efforts behind the scenes ensured the championship ran smoothly from start to finish.
